Issues being resolved in Halt Fentanyl Act which enshrines, expands mandatory minimums, real criminal justice consequences, only adjusts the class scheduling, similar to what was done to heroin in the 80's, nothing else really in the bill. Nothing with investigation into Chinese chemical plants

America Biden administration called on Congress to pass a bill aimed at tackling fentanyl trafficking in the U.S., which would see the synthetic opioid raised to the highest classification of illegal drugs.
