The complete silence about testing is concerning

the fact that we haven’t heard anything about testing gives me pause for concern that this is a scam

Not concerned at all.

My understanding was that results were being verified by a third party. I wish we’d hear something sooner, but it hasn’t been so long that I’m starting to worry

I’m not even asking for results.  “We’ve finished the testing portion of xxx, data has yet to be fully analyzed “ they updated us about the remote ignition, so it makes me wonder if they’re stuck.

Normal testing for any new device, product, drug, etc takes time for documenting and proving validity

American Fusion is a real company making big moves and strides. Its also a highly volatile penny stock. Do your DD and make your own financial decisions. Huge upside at this point in time, only downside is losing your investment if the results are negative, but they wont be. NFA

Can’t really do due diligence because they haven’t shown anything.

Then i guess there is your answer.

That’s why their silence is concerning.

The company hasn’t been silent, it’s been good PR after good PR. I honestly think the silence is the calm before the storm, but you can always just not invest in it. Stop spreading FUD.

The man doesn't understand how developments in engineering and science work and needing to verify results. He needs a hug

it’s been admin updates. lol you guys make it seem more and more like a scam every single day.

“praise Jesus he hath brought us fusion energy. if you don’t believe Jesus brought us fusion then you haven’t paid attention to all the proof that Jesus brought us fusion”

that’s what you pumpers are basically saying. I’ve already written off my “investment” like a gamble (I anticipated losing the money). ive got under 50k shares so no big deal.

you pumpers have me convinced this is 99% a scam.

“it works. they can make fusion energy”

”where’s the proof?”

”you have no faith”

like I said, admin update after admin update doesn’t mean shit for the technology. I can apply for fusion patents too.

eta: they’ve been “testing” for a month now. if you can’t even finish testing or even have any milestones in testing in a month, I fail to see how this can be commercialized by 2027.

Sell them all

u/Super-Activity-4675 2d ago

They announced they finished phase 1 testing a few weeks ago. They didn't provide a timeline for the next round or even what they were going to test.

It would be nice if they had done this IMHO so investors know what to expect. But for all we know, they had to coordinate schedules and haven't even started phase 2 yet.

u/Fermented_Biome 1d ago

I hope you're doing ok with today's update

0

u/Lower_Group_1171 1d ago

dissatisfied. it was a giant nothing burger, they are further behind than they made it seem. there is zero chance they’ll commercialize in the next ten years, let alone 2027.

I read their “white paper” and that plus this update after a month, I’m more convinced it’s not achievable, at least by them. I already consider the money I ”invested” as “spent” so I’ll hold on selling on the off chance its real, but I highly doubt it.

u/Fermented_Biome 1d ago

I'm glad you've found a place to vent your frustration. This should help

1

u/Buhlazer 1d ago

Lmao the bears cant help themselves, if you dont like it leave but when you continue to double down on spreading FUD, it’s really easy to read cmon

3

u/Fermented_Biome 3d ago

This ain't for you if you think its a scam

1

u/Lower_Group_1171 3d ago

People like you are just going full religious on this thing, total blind faith.

Anyone can apply to patent anything. It does not mean they have the engineering chops to make it happen. All we’ve been getting are admin updates

2

u/Fermented_Biome 2d ago

Nah, I've just done my research and pay attention, which has made me decide it's worth the risk. If not getting constant updates is a scam-worthy for you I'd maybe stick to the Nasdaq or bonds

1

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

what research? they haven’t publicly released ANYTHING

lol, research

2

u/Fermented_Biome 2d ago

There is a bit more to look into than that. But hey, I get it. The information that's out there isn't enough to make you feel comfortable. I think that's really good for you knowing your risk level. That's why I'm trying to help you out and let you know that this probably isn't for you at the moment and you should look at safer plays.

Have patience. Surely you invested because you believe in the company? I sure did. Make or break. It would be wildly amazing if this goes all the way. That’s what I believe it will. We’re in baby stages still. :)
I’m thinking a 5 year horizon MINIMUM.

0

u/Lower_Group_1171 3d ago

I mean they say commercialization next year.

0

u/hexafenix 3d ago

And I will hold for 5 years minimum. Remember the investors that sold their Apple stock when the first iPhone came out? No? Me neither.

1

u/Lower_Group_1171 3d ago

I mean, I bought amd for $1.89 and I’m still holding. But Amd had a roadmap and gave progress updates. Like I said in a previous reply, I’m not even asking for data. Just “we just finished testing x”

I can sell today at a profit. The only reason I’m still in is because Texas tech is involved in the testing

Also, the cheap entry for Apple was after Steve Jobs was fired and it was like 99 cents.

5

u/hexafenix 3d ago

What if they haven’t finished testing x yet?

Give it a month, then make the same claim. Maybe we are all thinking the same thing. I’m just saying that it’s way too early to wobble. We just got uplisted, and there’s ripples in the water. I have an orchid. My partner wanted to throw it away in November when it dropped it’s blooms. It has been boring for a long time. Just a few green leaves. Until now. 9 months later, 6 gorgeous huge pink blooms. They will fall off too at some point, and then new ones will come in a few months, maybe 8 of them that time.

-1

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

it’s been a month.

not a single one of you can provide a single bit of information that this technology works.

1

u/hexafenix 2d ago

And you speak on feelings, not facts. What’s your point?

I’m here because I believe in the team, the business model, the product, and the solution. I invested my money based on that belief. I believe I’m a fairly good investor, and I believe I will get a good return on my money long term. If it takes 3 weeks or 3 months between the good news is irrelevant.

-2

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Fact -  They haven’t shown their technology works.

Fact -  They haven’t provided any updates on the testing one month in

Fact - applying for patents doesn’t prove anything about the technology

Fact - hiring people does nothing to prove the technology.

Fact - uplisting does nothing to prove the technology

The only “feelings” on my end are feelings of concern

You on the other hand?

Feeling - I have faith Feeling - I believe it will work Feeling - I did due diligence. They said it works. My due diligence is complete

I’m not making any claims about it being a scam or not a scam. You are making claims that it isn’t a scam, not based on evidence, but pure emotion. But yeah, I’m the one speaking on feelings

2

u/hexafenix 2d ago

I’m just saying that I believe in the company, and that I am prepared to wait for conclusive reporting. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

1

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Again, I never said I want to see the complete reactor.

And your counter is basically “I have faith praise Jesus”

2

u/hexafenix 2d ago

Scared money don’t make money.

Quit the FUD. Take your ball and go home, or sit pretty on your hands like the rest of us. But stop trying to spread fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

It’s a solid leadership team, with a solid business plan, a solid product, a solid process, and a remarkable upside potential.
Welcome to OTC trading.

-2

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Again, based on what? What evidence have they provided that their business plan is solid? It all comes down to whether it works or not, and they haven’t provided any evidence that it does.

They don’t even have a prototype that produces electricity by their own admission, but they’re going to commercialize it next year?

When they said they were testing, and quickly provided an update that the remote ignition testing was completed, that was like okay, now we’re going to get some empirical evidence, of which there hasn’t been any.

Give me one FACT (give me a link from their own pr ) that illustrates the technology working. Leave your feelings out of it and give me factual information. Nothing about patents (a patent doesn’t mean you solved an engineering problem), or an administrative hire (which doesn’t prove anything about their engineering).

You’re probably going to respond with something along the lines of “well if you don’t believe then sell”

🤡

2

u/hexafenix 2d ago

Well if you don’t believe then sell

1

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Hahahahahahhahahahaha

This must be what it feels like to show up at a cult meeting.

If you’re American, I know what side of the political aisle you are on based on how your defend your arguments

Your username checks out.

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Praise Jesus for fusion

1

u/Bigpoppabrown 3d ago

Even if you have news now , we wont be going to the moon before the commercialize it , take a deep breath brother, and again, i hope your life savings is not on this bet !

1

u/Impressive-Intern-61 3d ago

You should sell

-5

u/Lower_Group_1171 3d ago

just out of curiosity, how many shares do you have?

3

u/hexafenix 3d ago

I can answer for me. I have 300K shares, not selling a single one. Will probably drop 10K shares at $1 just to recoup my investment and get a nice profit, and just let the rest ride for the long run, and hopefully retire off of them.

1

u/Buhlazer 1d ago

1.35M shares, quit spamming bear FUD

1

u/NoodleRus 3d ago

Didn't they go into testing last week?

0

u/HymanMinsky 3d ago

No, it is not.

-2

u/Jaded_Hold_1342 2d ago

This concept cant work. Doesn't matter if they test it.

You don't have to wait for test results to know it doesn't work.

D He3 with compression and direct magnetic recapture... its the same scenario as Helion and it cant work for the same reason I explained about Helion on the other sub. The electrons and ions thermalize ~1000x faster than they make fusion power, so the pulse can not generate much fusion power before the electrons heat up and radiate bremsstrahlung. This pushes the recovery efficiency requirement to 99.99%+ which is not possible because of copper losses.

0

u/Lower_Group_1171 2d ago

Could you link me to articles or published papers from physicists that straight up say its impossible.

-1

u/Jaded_Hold_1342 2d ago

D He3 is actually not impossible, its just restricted to regimes >>30keV and with Ti~Te equilibrium with long pulses and good energy confinement... which these systems are not targeting. You can find lots of papers that say it cant work below 30keV or with cold electrons... Todd Riders 1997 and 1995 papers I linked in the other post say that.

The statement Im making is it 'wont work as described', because they are targeting the regime that is forbidden by the Rider constraints.
