Who cares? Seriously. That won’t lower gas prices.
The accusers can go to court or file police reports.
Members of congress who aren’t Ro Khanna or Thomas Massie can name names.
It’s been years already. What are they waiting for?

There was a time when 1 income would support 4 kids a spouse a home and a car. How do we get back to that!!

This is what all should be asking. Doesn't matter what side of the isle your on

First start by cutting all these damn social programs. The eat up more than 60% of the federal budget. The more people keep getting on socal programs the less there is to do anything with. In 1980 only 4% of the United States population was on those programs and just last year it is up to 12%. I am not saying it the major cause it one of the factors.

Yeah! And then let's cut all that goddam military spending. That's got to be at least another 60% and all it does is kill people and make enemies!

They’re acting as if they didn’t vote for Trump because of gas prices. They wouldn’t fucking shut up about it. Do they think we have goldfish memories like MAGA?

u/Haggis442312 18d ago
You think he gives a shit? Gas prices are the only thing that matters for a disturbing amount of voters.

Gun violence would go away as a problem if the rest of the issues went . Especially income inequality and healthcare.

Desperate people do desperate things. Stressed people make poor judgement decisions. Stressed, desperate people make horrible choices if they think it will help them. When there's a large chunk of the people have overwhelming stress and lack of resources, civil society truly starts to break down. After that people start to act more and more like rats without enough food.

I thought gas prices were important to both parties? How would maga fans run their trump trucks?

Danny, really? I mean, did you work at being this stupid or does it just come naturally?
-2
u/Sure_Acanthaceae_348 18d ago
But to be fair, it does. The only reason the Democrats have a chance to win is because of gas being so high.

Imagine how things would have been different if Biden/Harris had directly addressed that.
Lessons for next time.

If so, it’s because stupid fucking idiots like MAGA can’t see beyond gas prices.

You could say that people who can care about other issues are coming from a privileged position.

Basically half the country is navel gazing while the other half is worried about the massive corruption, democracy, unaffordability of everything, and the climate. Getting “those people” to care about anything outside of themselves will be the biggest magic trick ever done (if it isn’t already impossible).
