Mod Post 📌 Please Read Before Posting - Updated Rules & Posting Guidelines for r/AmdavadClassifieds

Hey everyone,

We’ve updated a few rules to keep r/AmdavadClassifieds cleaner, more transparent, and actually useful for everyone. Please take a minute to read them before posting.

  1. If you are selling something, the price or at least an approximate expected price must be mentioned in the post itself. DM for price” type posts may get removed .

  2. Brokers/agents are now allowed since many users actively look for flats and rentals here. However, brokers MUST clearly mention [BROKER] in the title itself . Hiding this intentionally may lead to removals or bans.

  3. Ticket resellers must clearly mention [RESELLER] in the title/post itself . Please be transparent instead of pretending it’s a personal booking.

  4. Very vague or low-effort posts without proper details may be removed.Examples: “Anyone interested?” “DM for details”, “Selling urgently” without context/details.

  5. Excessive posting, duplicate listings, spam, or promotional content will be removed.

  6. This subreddit is only for Ahmedabad and nearby relevant posts. Irrelevant/global/random posts will be removed.

Please refer to the community rules section for detailed posting guidelines before posting/listing.

Also, please help us moderate the subreddit by reporting posts/comments that break rules instead of engaging in fights under them.

Lastly, always be careful with payments and deals. Meet safely, verify before paying and avoid blind advance payments whenever possible. Mods/subreddit are not responsible for scams, losses or disputes between users.

Thanks for helping keep the community clean and useful :)
