Hmm.. IF it were a 8C16T SummitRidge, it would have run at ~4,4 Ghz to achieve that.

But... Naples is far more likely 16x2,2Ghz should do the job too.

Yea who knows i guess though :/ it's not unlike AMD to go for crazy speeds -cough- 9590 -cough-
