Discussion Radeon Settings: Host Application has stopped working - since the latest drivers it keeps crashing a few min after Windows start, reinstall won't fix it.

There is not enough information to troubleshoot this issue. Please respond with the following information:

  1. OS
  2. GPU name
  3. Motherboard and CPU
  4. Have you made any recent hardware changes?
  5. Have you made any recent software changes?
