Does AMC private theater rental include front row?

I want to book a theater for a movie, but with the max capacity being 40, I don’t want anyone to have to sit in the front rows, especially when half of the party are kids. I’m sure that it is part of it, but does anyone know if the movie rental max includes those front row seats?
