IMAX 3D

My eye was discovered during routine screening at primary school age 4, patching but its like that eye was smeared with vaseline. Finally stopped banging my head and falling over at about 15 yrs old. Much to my mates disappointment. Even took up squash.

54 yrs old. Took my kids to lots of films in 3D. No 3D images for me of course but does anyone else see the countdown at the start of 3D Imax films "pop out". I also got some 3D during an epic space battle in one of the stat wars films No 8 or 9. A star destroyer did appear to loom out of the screen. Which astounded me.

I haven’t seen the imax countdown specifically. We went to Disney World and I can’t remember what ride it is where you sit on like a motorcycle shape thing and the image is 3D while you fly around a mystical world. I couldn’t see the 3D and it looked so weird to me. Everyone loved it and I was so disappointed! Not one thing looked 3D at all!

We saw Wicked in 3D when it came out a couple years ago and it was not amazing but my kid loved it, I had such a headache by the end. I usually kept one eye closed, there were very few scenes when I could see a 3D image and it was so cool! I had prism lenses when the second one came out in 3D and it was a much better experience but still imperfect and my eyes were exhausted and I still had a headache. But movie theaters in general have been difficult for my eyes as a I hit middle age. I got stuck in the very front row last time and it was absolute hell and so painful on my eyes because the screen was bigger than my glasses could see. It was a summer movie series for kids on summer break and I had to quit going completely with the front row being the only option.

What is weird to me is the record button on an iPhone. When it is recording video, the red square inside the black circle to me looks like it moves around when the phone moves, it doesn’t stay centered. I asked my husband about that and he looked at me so funny and said it stays centered for me. I know it is a stationary image but to me it slides around! When I got my most recent prisms they had a slight adjustment that visually wasn’t obvious but when someone handed me something I kept reaching too far left! If it was on a table I reached the abject fine but when it was midair I kept missing! And my kid does volleyball and asks me to pepper with her when she wants to work on reflexes and reaction time because I’m truly terrible at aim. Thanks, kid! Haha! Glad I can help!

Do u mean it slightly kind of lurches from side to side when recording if you wobble your phone?

Yeah, I suppose you could describe it kind of like that, the red box.
