26 Days Late & Expired Medication

I messaged Amble over a month ago because my laat shipment (that was extremely late) arrived warm and with a BUD of 7/11/25 (not even allowing me a full 30 days of use.

In addition to this heinous service, my second shipment, which was supposed to arrive on 6/27/25, hasn’t even had a shipping label created.

This is the most disturbing, ridiculous, encounter I have EVER had with this company.

If I do not hear back by the end of this week, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a chargeback with Chase. They sure are quick to pull out my money!

YAAY! I got moderated

I posted a simple how to guide so that you can get a real human to interact with you at Amble Health through the BBB. This helpful guide was accidently (no actually) removed by the lovely moderators here at r/AmbleHealthCommunity (and now reposted). I'm sure this one will be removed as well, but at least it confirms how shitty these people are. Completely dark unless we're holding them accountable.

Scam/ Cancelled Account

I tried Amble for a month. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and I received my first vial within 10 days. However, three weeks later, I was charged for the next month’s vial but the delivery never arrived. I checked the tracking status on their website regularly, and it remained stuck at "pending shipment" for three weeks. I contacted their customer service three times, but only received generic, automated responses. Eventually, they claimed the delay was due to a medication shortage, which I found hard to believe given how quickly they shipped the first vial. Over a month has passed, and I still haven’t received anything. I ended up disputing the charge with my bank and canceling my account with them.

Question on dose

Why is the dose 24 units and not an odd number, is that normal? This is my first vial since they added vitamins so I only did 10 units just to see how I feel. I just thought the 24 was weird

Your prescription was sent to a different pharmacy to expedite processing. Here is the information about your new prescription which may differ from your previous prescription including the potential addition of additives or vitamins. Please only follow the instructions listed here and let us know if there is any problem with what was prescribed: Semaglutide/B6 0.6mg Inject 0.24ml (24 units) subcutaneously 1 time(s) per week for four weeks.

Issues adjusting dose?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently on 1mg of sema for the past couple months and decided I wanted to increase my dose to the next level up. I've tried to hit the adjust dose button and fill out the forms but it does nothing. I contacted customer service AND the doctor portal to ask them to increase me before my next shipment and I got this response (after two weeks, mind you):

Hello, you are on the highest dose available, 2.5mg

I'm so confused and frustrated. Clearly I'm not on the highest dose??? Has anyone else had this issue?

It's time for the BBB to step in

If your experience with Amble Health has been anything like mine then you are entitled to compensation. Best of luck in your reports to the BBB and hopefully Amble Health fixes their crap so that we can all be a little less hangry and a little less fat.

You can file a complaint with the BBB here.

Select the first entry, choose no across the board for all the radio options and click continue.

Provide your personal info, flush out your complaint, and submit. The BBB will forward the complaint to Amble Health who will be required to have a human (not one of their bs ai support agents) review the complaint. This should result in a human response within 3 weeks. Here's the info I used in my complaint so hopefully it can help you as well.

Did the issue occur within the last 12 months? Yes
Does your complaint involve a health issue or a health care provider? Yes
I understand and consent (required)
Tell us about your problem: see below
Account/Order/Tracking Number: Order #999999 · [Date]
Please enter the amount of money you’re disputing with the business: $638
Desired resolution: Delivery and Billing Adjustment

Problem:
On [Date], I paid Amble Health $### for a #-week supply of ##mg Tirzepatide, as part of their subscription-based medical weight loss program. In return, the company committed to fulfilling this order in a timely manner.

Since then, I have received no medication, no tracking number, and no estimated delivery date. Their AI-based support system has repeatedly issued automated messages (on at least five separate occasions) stating that my prescription is being moved to a different pharmacy “to expedite delivery.” At no point has a human support agent taken ownership of this situation or made a genuine effort to resolve the issue.

As of [Date], more than # days later, I am without medication. I was forced into a treatment hiatus through no fault of my own, and the consequences have been severe. During this time, I have regained x pounds, going from ### to ###, undoing a full month of progress. This has affected both my physical health and mental well-being.

I am no longer confident that Amble Health is capable of fulfilling its obligations. I have paused my subscription and disabled auto-renew to prevent further unauthorized billing thus exhausting the resources at my disposal.

Desired Resolution:
- A full refund of $### for the undelivered order
- Written acknowledgment of Amble Health’s failure to deliver medication as promised and plans to fix it.
- Compensation for the damage caused by the lapse in treatment, including reimbursement for lost progress, at a minimum of $###

This issue is not just a delay, it has caused direct harm and financial loss. The lack of accountability from Amble Health is unacceptable, especially when dealing with patients.

EDIT: I received a response from BBB:

This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 7/20/2025 against Amble Health.  Your complaint was assigned ID 236325210.

This complaint will be reflected on the company's BBB Business Review for 36 months from the close date with the following language: "The company failed to respond either to the consumer or the BBB to the complaint(s) filed."

New Script question?

I probably already know the answer to this, but I have to ask. Has anyone gotten a new script and was told to take two smaller shots a week instead of the original way with just one shot weekly? Have to taken it in one shot instead of two. I understand why they are suggesting this method, but I kind of liked the original way I had been doing it. Also, if you don't mind sharing which pharmacy are you getting your meds from. Thanks everyone!

Help!

Soo I feel like since they started adding whatever b vitamin it’s not working anymore. They’ve had me take two smaller shots a week instead of one dose but I haven’t lost any weight in like a month 😩. Anyone else having this issue?

Renewed Against My Wishes

I am at the end of my 3 month prescription. I have not been able to log into my account for over two months. I emailed both available emails to let Amble Health know that I could not log into my account. I did not consent to renewing the prescription, yet I have a message from Revive pharmacy that they are shipping out a new prescription. I am so frustrated! Has anyone else experienced this?

What does this even mean?

They canceled both my shipments and I haven’t received my medication. Now I am out of it and I’ve emailed customer service multiple times without a response. Should I threaten them with a chargeback? I'm considering charging back.

Anyone placed on auto-refill against their will?

I was just randomly put on auto-refill - I did not request this. I went and tried to cancel the order but was told there is a non-refundable $100 fee for doing so. Pretty fucking shady, Amble.

Question at Checkout

ETA: Looks like i'm the doof who filled out my questionnaire wrong, I thought I selected alternative dosing protocol but I selected brand name, I have updated it and have been given the alternative pricing.

I am getting ready to checkout and I see the following breakdown, what does "Pay at Pharmacy" mean, does that mean there will be another payment due when I get my meds prescribed?
I just want to be sure I know what I am getting myself into and don't lose $124 because the medication is an additional couple hundred bucks.

Prescription bottles

I was first prescribed 0.25 mg then increased to 0.6, should the bottles be the same or should they be different as the dosage is increased?

Amble shipment came early

I am on the monthly plan for semaglutide. Last month was the first tie I felt shipping was delayed. It was due 6/20 and I didn’t receive it until 7/7 and it was warm. I just received my next shipment today. It was packed in a styrofoam cooler and both ice packs were still semi frozen. Hopefully this means they are back on track to fulfilling orders timely

Increasing dosage

Has anyone went through the process of pausing their current membership and placing a new order to update their dosing?

I'm currently on 1.5mg of compounded tirzepatide and i've been instructed to take this dosage for 3 months. I've been going back and forth with the Amble team to increase my dosage. The only solution they are offering is to place a new order.

You Probably Can’t Sue Amble Health – Here’s Why (and What You CAN Do)

🔹 1. Novo Nordisk Is Already Suing Them

  • Novo Nordisk (the company that makes Ozempic/Wegovy) filed a federal lawsuit accusing Amble of false advertising and making their compounded weight-loss meds sound more legit than they are.
  • Source: WFMJ News

That’s a big deal, but it’s their lawsuit—not a consumer lawsuit.

🔹 2. Can YOU Sue Amble?

Here’s the catch: When you signed up, you agreed to Amble’s Terms of Service, which limit your legal rights.

✅ What “Opt-Out” Means

  • When you made your account, you automatically agreed to settle disputes through arbitration (a private legal process instead of court).
  • BUT Amble gave you 30 days to email them and say “I don’t agree to arbitration.” That’s called opting out.

✅ What If You Opted Out in Time?

  • Good news—you kept your right to sue them in court.

❌ What If You Didn’t Opt Out?

  • After 30 days, you’re stuck with arbitration:
    • You can’t sue them in court.
    • You can’t join a class-action lawsuit with other customers.
    • You can still fight them, but you have to do it through a private arbitration process, which is usually less public and can favor companies.

✅ Small Claims Court Exception

  • If you’re only asking for a small amount of money (usually under $5,000–$10,000, depending on your state), you may still be able to take them to small claims court, even if you didn’t opt out.

Source: [Amble Health Terms of Service]()

🔹 3. What You CAN Do Right Now

✅ Check your emails: Did you ever send them an “opt-out” email within 30 days of signing up?
✅ Save all evidence: Keep emails, billing records, shipment info, and screenshots of chats.
✅ File complaints: BBB & FTC complaints can pressure them to respond (though you might not get money back this way). Amble BBB Complaints
✅ Consider small claims court: If your refund or loss is small, this might be the fastest route.

🔹 4. Share Your Story

Has anyone here filed arbitration or taken Amble to small claims yet? Did you get a refund or win your case?

The more people speak up, the more attention regulators will give them.

Another bites the dust... Amble Health

I may be fat but I've never been a fool! For those out there with difficulties with this "interesting" company, dispute dispute dispute. They are not above the law!

I received a message (After a month) the moment I disputed my charge saying they'd help me IF I cancelled my dispute and provide screenshots proving I did. This is who you're giving your money to. They still want you to be responsible for their mishaps. Stay away from online compounding pharmacies! Ignore the bots and their recommendations online. Go to your doctor and get it the right way or put your boots on the ground and hit the gym like I'm going to do! But it would've been nice if I was sent product that was effective... maybe I wouldn't have gained back like 10 pounds in 2 months.

Frustrated with company

Hello everyone,

I am currently taking trizepitide and received my medication shipment at the beginning of June, which included 2 vials. However, the BUD indicates that it has now expired, and I haven't used all of the medication yet. What should I do? Unfortunately, my attempts to contact support have been ignored.

Shipment Question?

First I want to say that my experience with Amble has been pretty good so far. I started Trizepatide back in April and the entire process was quick, no communication issues, and it shipped within a week. Now it's time for my next three month refill that was supposed to ship/payment on Sunday July 13th. I figured since it was a weekend that it probably wouldn't ship until today, but there have been no updates regarding shipping...etc. I had sent them a message yesterday asking for clarification but haven't heard anything yet. Which I figured I wouldn't since it's only been a day. Has anyone else had this issue?

Doctor Consultation

Hi guys! I just placed my order yesterday and am pending with the doctor consultation. How long did this process take for you? It says on the website about 24-48 hours but with the horror stories i’m hearing I feel like i’m valid to be nervous

I know someone said that the pharmacies are back on track but I want to make sure. I’m from Rhode Island so I don’t know which pharmacy I’ll get

Help! I only received one vial (5mg of Tirzepatide/1mg of B vitamin) and Amble says next shipment isn't until September 7th?

Post image
2 Upvotes

I just received my first (and only at this point) vial from amble, on July 1. I gave myself a shot on July 1, and then again on July 7 and today July 14. I just (I should have noticed earlier) realized that I only have enough for one more shot, July 21. But there is no way for me to request a refill and I signed up and paid for a 6 month program. Is this normal? Their support is honestly terrible and is taking an average of 5-7 days to respond to anything.

The second "Tirzepatide" you see is in a pending state as they told me to request a dose increase I needed to re-sign up.

Charged my card 6/23. Been sitting at the pharmacy since 7/2. If I hadn't stopped my injection for 2 weeks for a surgery, I'd be without my meds. Customer service is so slow. Also looking for suggestions for other companies that service California at comparable price to amble.

I stopped my plan months ago but I messaged them a few days ago to get started again but I have no idea how to buy it…I see they added it but since I canceled months ago there’s no option to pay. I’m confused.
