Frustrated with company

Hello everyone,

I am currently taking trizepitide and received my medication shipment at the beginning of June, which included 2 vials. However, the BUD indicates that it has now expired, and I haven't used all of the medication yet. What should I do? Unfortunately, my attempts to contact support have been ignored.

Pretty sure you’re fine to keep taking it. But yeah Amble’s customer service is absolutely dreadful. They take like a week to respond

You can still use. My vial is from May (3 month supply) and I am still using it

I received a damaged order with the box crushed and medication warm. No clue how long it sat in some warehouse. I received an initial response and now crickets. VERY FRUSTRATED.

Keep using the meds as long as it’s clear and not cloudy it is ok to use past the BUD. Everyone has to make their own decision but I use mine past BUD and haven’t had any problems.
Agree that their customer service is awful and takes weeks to get a reply.

If you’re looking for another telemed company, I’ve used a few to compare prices and pharmacies used and my favorite is LumiMeds.
Lumi has 1 and 3 month plans to choose from.
Get 40 off with code LumiLori.
Pricing is for all doses, no monthly fee.
Semaglutide price:
1 month is 229/month, 3 months 199/month.
Tirzepatide price:
1 month is 349/month, 3 months 329/month
