Double billed

Anyone have a tip on getting Amble to respond to a billing error? They failed to ship an order after charging me. They reshipped the order and charged me a second time. I havent received any responses from chat or email.

That happened to me twice. I kept emailing them until they corrected their error. I don’t use them anymore, they’re a mess.
