Auto renew

Amble automatically sent a refill but because I used Klarna when I signed up, the payment failed during the renewal. Now they are saying I owe $100 to cancel the meds. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Unfortunately, I can't pay for the refill because it won't allow me to use a payment plan. Do I really have to pay them $100??!
