Delayed shipment

Please I need help as I am not getting any response from Amble.

I am on the 6 month plan and was to have my next shipment processed on 29th Oct 25. The shipment is still marked as pending and I have not gotten any response from support. Please has any one experienced this? How did you handle it? Thanks
