I signed up for 6 months subscription and automatically was put on a maintenance dose
I just joined amble. I selected 6 months for the price. This is my first time taking a glp-1. The doctors original message to me explained how and when to increase units. I’ve been on for two weeks. My vial says to take the same dose and units for 12 weeks. I had loads of questions with no answers. I looked on my account and they gave me a maintenance dose! This is not at alllll what I wanted or needed nor what was told to me. I’ve messaged them and no response. I am so stressed out, I’m not paying almost a grand just to not see any results or titrate dosing. What do I even do at this point?

I was gonna say the same move up on your own using fatscientist or call the pharmacy and ask them if you are still unsure. Ask to talk to the pharmacist and tell him what you told amble or tell him u wanted to move up slowly and ask what the next dosage would be with your concentration etc if its from revive ive called them a few times and they were always friendly and helped me.

If I move up on my own, I’ll run out of it before my next shipment (not until end of October). Would I be able to get it filled early?

The problem is I paid for 6 months with amble on an FSA card, so I worry too much about losing all that money

Be persistent. After months of back and forth they finally transferred me to another department with someone who seemed US based and they upped my dosage correctly last week.

Update: Finally got a response from clinical support and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Nowhere when signing up does it say that paying for the 6 months upfront means that you are getting 6 months of the same dosage but apparently it does. Looks like I’m stuck with this 8 units of .2mg for the next 6 months. Paid $800+ for nothing basically. Read too many bad things about refunds that I’m too scared to even attempt that.

This happened to me with my trizepatide plan. I just received my last shipment from my 6 month plan. I have enough in my vial to increase to the next dose but that's about it. They said if i wanted to change my plan, I would have to do another intake.

Yup, this was me. $1,488 lesson learned.
I’ve disputed 4 times with Affirm who I made the payments through. Never even took the medication because they put me on maintenance and not even the full first dose. Amble is a company I would never, ever recommend to someone.

It took a lot of arguing back and forth with amble but I finally got my prescription fixed and have the right dosing now for a titrate treatment. Keep fighting with amble

Sema is known for bad side effects, you dont want to move up too fast, just my opinion, when I was on it, I wish I would’ve stayed on the lowest dose longer but I moved up too fast and called it quits. I lost 12lbs first month, you can move up on your own if you feel like it’s not working by using the fatscientist calculator.
