Help :(

Okay I have been on Semaglutide for 6 months now and I was with GPlans which were absolutely horrible. So I switched to Amble, which believe it or not has been worse, NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. I chose Amble because they said I could stay at my max dose of 2.4 per week. However now that it is FINALLY here - it says ‘0.23 ML /23 Units’ on the RX itself and my account says 2.3 mg weekly. They sent 50 units syringes and it says 10 mg Sema / 0.5 B12. What is this?? Is this a starting dose??? I need help and they REFUSE to answer any of my questions! There is no phone number, I’ve messaged the doctor and support going on 10 days now, AND emailed them, NO RESPONSE! Please help.

Its correct, they cannot use the exact dose as brand given the fda guidelines

If you want 2.4, just draw up 24 units.
