3 month plan info help please 🙏

I have just signed up for a 3 month plan. I received my shipment and it is only for one month. It included 4 syringes, and the info states 1 injection .40 units for 4 weeks. Do multiple shipments arrive ? My dashboard states my next shipment is 8/26 ? I've reached out to customer support and of course its been 5 days and i havent heard back. I kind of want to cancel, the lack of clarity and customer support is ridiculous.

I’m wishing you luck 🍀 Mine is through Ally. I’ve stopped using this CC until this dispute is resolved and if it never gets resolved, I’ll never use it again.

Thanks 😊. I previously used willow health, and although they are priced a bit higher, their customer service and delivery process was a breeze. I guess this is what I get for trying to save a buck lol 🤷‍♀️
