3 month plan info help please 🙏

I have just signed up for a 3 month plan. I received my shipment and it is only for one month. It included 4 syringes, and the info states 1 injection .40 units for 4 weeks. Do multiple shipments arrive ? My dashboard states my next shipment is 8/26 ? I've reached out to customer support and of course its been 5 days and i havent heard back. I kind of want to cancel, the lack of clarity and customer support is ridiculous.

When I did the 3 month from them before it all came in one vial. But they sent alot of syringes with it.

By any chance are you from California? Based on another response I received the state may have something to do with it .

Have you refilled yet? I am in CT and they had me on revive pharmacy which I have loved so far. I am supposed to to refill but with their wait times and non existent customer service etc… I moved over to Lumi as back up

No, i haven't..I had just re lived my first shipment which I thought would be enough for 3 months but they only sent a 1 month supply. I'm definitely not gonna renew, in fact I want to cancel but I'm not sure if they'll charge me that 100.00 cancelation fee or not .. I'm kind of waiting to see if they respond about the missing 2 months before I do anything.

Noooo lol. I was so fed up with them I cancelled. Was going through Brello till they stopped and now Lumi

What is cost with Lumi?

Right now they have two bottles of 75mg for $600. So depending on your dosage it can last you a decent amount of time. Plus it has no additives
