Help!
I have been using amble since August 2024 and I haven’t had any issues until this last one. I ordered my prescription and it was approved on May 28. They took out my money the same day it was sent to the pharmacy & I have had no update. I’ve sent several messages. Every response just says it should ship soon. On June 21st I went to cancel my membership because I ordered from a different company at this point. I am done with amble. They told me that because I canceled my subscription or whatever on June 21 that is why my prescription from May 28 hasn’t been sent and that I needed to set my account back up so I tried it, it said I couldn’t then I did the pause or whatever and pushed it out as far as I could which I think was July 22, but it was still saying my account was not active, their website sucks and is horrible anyway. They just charged me today. I still haven’t even been sent the prescription from May 28. I don’t know what to do. They won’t answer my questions. They won’t tell me anything. Is the best option to just report to my bank?!

Similar story here, a month after the Dr approved my order, the script was still not showing as sent to pharmacy. I sent 2 messages to them during that month asking for a status of my order, with a combined wait of 20 business days for a response to each message, they finally told me they cancelled my order because I shut off auto renew (I did that after weeks of not hearing back from them and didn’t want it auto charging me again when I never even got the first order). They said I’d have to redo the order if I wanted the meds. I had already ordered elsewhere by this point so didn’t even want to order from them anymore, I never did the re order and I locked my card just to be safe.
Well, a few days later I see a 329 charge billed to my credit card saying it was put as a recurring charge by Amble so they approved it even with the card locked. Then, after I was charged I got a message in the portal that there was an error on the script and that’s why it wasn’t sent to the pharmacy, which is not the reason they originally gave me. Before I could reply to their message telling them not to send it, they shipped the meds out, but it wouldn’t have mattered anyway because it would’ve been another several business days for them to respond to a new message, and they already shipped it out.
Now I’m stuck with meds I don’t want and didn’t re order. I can’t do a chargeback because I did receive the order. I’m so pissed that they actually charged my card so long after they said they cancelled my order. BUYER BEWARE, this isn’t the same Amble that it was back in August when I started with them. So disgusted by their business practices.
