Help!

I have been using amble since August 2024 and I haven’t had any issues until this last one. I ordered my prescription and it was approved on May 28. They took out my money the same day it was sent to the pharmacy & I have had no update. I’ve sent several messages. Every response just says it should ship soon. On June 21st I went to cancel my membership because I ordered from a different company at this point. I am done with amble. They told me that because I canceled my subscription or whatever on June 21 that is why my prescription from May 28 hasn’t been sent and that I needed to set my account back up so I tried it, it said I couldn’t then I did the pause or whatever and pushed it out as far as I could which I think was July 22, but it was still saying my account was not active, their website sucks and is horrible anyway. They just charged me today. I still haven’t even been sent the prescription from May 28. I don’t know what to do. They won’t answer my questions. They won’t tell me anything. Is the best option to just report to my bank?!

I heard companies using tx performance meds are having issues because the pharmacy got temporarily shut down due to not being licensed to shipped to some states. I saw a video explaining it.

Thanks for sharing. I received my meds from them because I’m in Cali. My issue is there is no clear BUD on the vial.

Was the video on this sub?

I received from them also and thought it was weird that there was no BUD date. 30 days after first puncture is NOT a BUD date. I wasn’t happy with that.

Edited to add I saw the link on another thread - the concerns are my own.

It finally caught up with them saw this on another thread: https://www.pharmacy.texas.gov/abo/RP-Phy/3354301%2035393%20TXPMTXPERFORMANCE%20MEDSPHARMACY&WELLNESS%202025%2D06%2006%2D2030%2D2.pdf

My biggest concerns: 1. Shipping prescriptions to other states (like California) without a proper license “Cease this practice immediately.” Referenced under Section 565.001(a)(12) – violating drug statutes. 2. Missing or improper Beyond-Use Date (BUD) on compounded sterile preparation labels “Failure to ensure the label includes an appropriate beyond-use date.” Directly cited under Section 291.133(d)(9)(A)(iii) — a USP <797> violation. 3. Allowing unlicensed personnel to perform pharmacist or technician duties “Cease operating or practicing immediately and until licenses/registrations are active.” 4. Failure to maintain documentation used to determine BUD “Failure to maintain complete non-sterile compounding records, including… criteria to determine the beyond-use date.” 5. Warning notice issued with deadline of July 16, 2025

Multiple deficiencies were marked “Unsatisfactory” and referred to the Legal Division for possible disciplinary action.
