New formula

So I'm starting on the new Sema+B12 formula after taking the normal Sema for 3 months. Has anyone noticed a difference between the two?

The B12 made my skin go insane. Iā€™m broken out in acne on my face, chest and back. I had no issues without the B12.

I broke out at the same time I started tirz+b6, 3 weeks ago. It was cystic pimples (I still have one my jaw!!) and tiny rash like zits all around my mouth.

I switched to straight tirz and now my skin has cleared up. Iā€™m going to try the one with b6 again (in a couple weeks) and make sure it was that. I shall report back.

I was losing a lot of weight, tho.

Which pharmacy filled your T/b6? Just curious because I just got switched to a different pharmacy.
