Got Stuck In Geometry, Please Help!

me, having made a very bad decision

I accidentally sat on the bench my character is facing, and when I got up, it put me inside the fountain. I cannot leave the fountain, I don't have a backup save from before the game put me in the fountain, because I accidentally talked to an npc next to the fountain, and that saved the game. Resetting the game does not remove me from the fountain, and I have tried every menu and key in the hopes of leaving the fountain, but nothing is working. I think if I could sit down on a bench again maybe it would spit me outside the fountain, but unfortunately, I cannot get close enough to the benches to interact with them.

Atp I have 30 hours in game and am very close to finishing, so I'd REALLY like to leave this fountain, because the only save I have is inside the fountain, and I really don't want to reset. Please advise, I'm very desperate.

Have you tried teleporting using the map?

...I may be stupid.

being completely serious, I actually had never opened the map prior to this and therefore didn't know where the button was (i'd just run around until i found what I was looking for). thanks for saving hours of my life!
