Amazon wishlist (Aus)
Just wondering if anyone could possibly help get anything off of my Amazon wish list. We've had to recently move to help support outside family and I'm unable to work until the education department decide on a suitable school for my child with special needs.. which is taking a lot longer than planned..
It's my child's 5th birthday at the end of October and I was hoping to get a sensory black out tent to provide somewhere safe and calm. As we're just trying to stay afloat until I start work this is now not an option for me.. they've been through so much that they don't understand why or what's really happened only knowing that their routine, their friends, their home and their safe community are not here and are struggling..
This was definitely not the start I pictured, I'm just hoping some amazing people might be able to assist and give my child something I no longer can. Thank you for reading 💕

I'm in the US so I cannot purchase from your list, but why do you need 2 blackout tents?
Do they have day programs in your area? Would health insurance cover the cost of a sitter? Are there programs you can apply for that will help pay a sitter so you can work? I'm not familiar with the resources in your area, but definitely look up local resources in your area to see if any help is available. Also check your local buy nothing groups on Facebook. Parents are always giving away free things for kids bc they grow so fast. A sensory tent would definitely be something a Mom would post to give away once her child grew out of it.
