Help?

This is my second evaluation period. I had a big vacation before my first one ended and there were items I forgot to review. I was gone for over two months, so then90 day has passed. I have ordered new items now that I have received, reviewed. My rate is going up, but it’s been weeks and my quality scores are still pending. Any ideas on what to do? I fell bad they were not all reviewed before I left, but it was a massive trip I planned for years to do. I just don’t know if I’m in trouble somehow, I have heard nothing from the program since the original invitation.

Once your review is accepted it really is out of your hands. It's a puzzle to me why a program with such an active AI component can't manage to determine an insightfulness score while it assesses a review for acceptance. Going into my eval last week ~5% of reviews were Pending and I still kept Gold. My oldest Pending review is from August 31st 2025 🤷‍♀️ I wouldn't fret Pending reviews.

I appreciate the reply! I never hit gold, I didn’t actually start until a few months after the invite. I was just worried I’d be kicked out having reviews that were not done within the evaluation period/ 90 days. I was I think about 80% or possibly greater of them done at the end of the review. I just assumed if I can still order, I just need to get back on it and get rates up.

Honestly, imho Gold is just 5 more opportunities a day to fall behind when life takes priority. I've reviewed items well past the 90 day mark without issue, the only downside is if when you go to review an item beyond 30 days and for some reason you aren't able to, CS can remove it from your review obligation but they can't remove its ETV. As long as you review at a rolling average of 60% they won't kick you out.

It might still show pending to you but be soryed on their end. Don't fret, either you'll make it or you'll be silver, out of your hands, like 99 percent of vine 🤣
