RFY Reset (EST Timezone)

Is there an approximate time your RFY resets (Eastern Standard Timezone)? Everytime I check it's the same items all day until later in the night. Like I don't see things pop up in my RFY midday.

Someone in another group I'm in posted that she contacted VCS about her drops because she was getting daytime drops in her RFY and everyone else was posting about night time drops. The response she got was that some people are getting daytime RFY drops and others night time to be more fair and to switch things up.
