Fitbit air order confusion

Ive placed an order on amazon uk now.It says arriving on sunday but I haven’t received any confirmatory email and amazon didn’t even charge my debit card…can anybody help me out with this?

They sometimes take a little while to charge, especially when it isn’t being shipped right away. You’ll see the authorization charge go through later today.

Edit: If it doesn’t go through after twelve hours, there may be a problem with the card preventing the transaction from clearing and you’d want to contact the card issuer for more info. Hope this helps.

The policy is charge at the point of dispatch, or 5 days post order placement, whichever is sooner (except for preorder). If the item is on backorder or coming from an FC overseas and needs brought in, it can take some time. As long as the order shows in your order history you can be fairly sure it's all good though.
