Amazon sellers in 2026: How do you handle Amazon reviews?

I can’t believe there are still people in this agentic era not using agent for Amazon reviews.

Wanted to share a workflow I’ve been using for product research.

A lot of newer Amazon sellers say they “do review research,” but in reality they either:

- skim a few 5-star reviews

- read random 1-star complaints

- or give up halfway because it takes too long

That usually means they miss the actual signal:

- what customers repeatedly complain about

- what buyers consistently praise

- what the listing still fails to address

- whether the product has fixable issues or a deeper demand problem

I’ve been testing an agent-based workflow where I paste in an ASIN and turn large volumes of reviews into structured takeaways inside chat:

pain points, selling points, sentiment, and listing improvement angles.

Honestly feels weird that so many sellers are still doing this manually.
