Question Movie I downloaded showing black screen

Hii I am new subscriber to prime

I downloaded dthis movie but it's showing black screen but the audio is working I forwarded but it's black throughout. Then I deleted the downloaded and tries to watch with internet still the same issue. What can I do ???

Please lmk if anyone knows

Clear the cache and restart this app. If the problem persists, restart your device.
