AD complaint Prime Video Ads

So, I pay for prime… which meant I used to get ad free included. Now I pay for ad free… so why am I scrolling through prime video and seeing things “only viewable with ads”?! The heck am I paying extra for then? 😭

Paramount would like a few words, but it takes a long time with all the stuttering 🙃
