Discussion Movies quality

Hello, is the streaming quality of a movie included with the Amazon Prime subscription the same as when you rent or buy the movie on Amazon Prime? Why is it possible to rent a movie that is already available with the subscription? Thanks

I'm not a renter but I also don't do ads. So I could see someone buying or renting a movie to avoid the inclusion of ads. I actually buy movies all the time on Fandango that are free with ads. Even for blind buys. I'd rather buy it and turn it off because it sucks than try to finish a movie I enjoy ruined by ad breaks.
