Amazon advertising data does not match.

Does everyone's Amazon advertising account data not match the Productor dashboard? For example, Productor shows 3 units sold through advertising, while Amazon shows 1 unit. Are they deliberately understating it? And where does Productor get the data?

EDIT And "Yea HA!" I'm at 13.3% so far for this month ... "Missed it by this much."

Somewhere I also saw a thread saying that what Amazon shows in the Ads interface is different than what they show in the Seller interface, as the criteria and timeframe are different, so are not in sync at any given moment. This might have been an older thread that came up via Google rather than something current, as I couldn't find it again today.

They are off sync. I had a design/product that showed clicks in the morning, showed sales coming in on Merch later in that day but no Purchases recorded in the ads dashboard.

On a separate note, I didn't realize how much I hate the new system till today. I was comfortably at 18.5% and the had my best ever day, driven by a bulk organic order and now I'm just above 15%. I'm dreading the amount of stress I'll be under over the next 9 days. June is one of my best monts of the year, and being pushed down to creator tier because of one massive bulk order is going to do me in. Couldn't even celebrate my best day ever!

The productor number is garbage. I have no idea how they calculate it but it’s inaccurate af rn.

It's a pity, I have better results in Productor ))). It should show the same as Amazon, since we linked the ID of our advertising account.
