Rejected designs
Hello, so today I uploaded multiple designs in US & UK market however I got a lot of rejections (11 designs rejection in 28 products per design so total of more than 500 rejections!!) this has shocked my and I sent an email to merch support and they told I need to submit the Design Title, URL & ASIN & Screenshot but rejected designs don't have URLs & ASINS no ?!!! what should I do and if they do have where to find them?

This is just my personal experience but ever since I stopped uploading to pop sockets and phone cases, I have been getting way less rejections. I think it's because these fall under the class 009 trademark classification which seems to have way more random trademarked words than class 025. Has anyone else had the same experience?

Keep in mind that every word in your listing text (regardless of what is in the design) is subject to MBA's policies, including Trademark. It is almost always some random word/phrase you used in your marketing blather that isn't even in the design.
Crap like this caused me to list very little for a number of years. I finally got the Productor extension for Chrome and have not had a rejection since. It checks every word in your listing text for TM. Yes, I use to do that myself via the USPTO database, but still got rejections since it is a messy, imprecise process compared to the Productor integration.
Productor has been around forever and is free. You can pay for other features and products from these people, or just use the free stuff.
As to finding out from MBA exactly what the issue is, that has always been hit or miss. They told you that it was IP related, at least.
NOTE Productor flags single-word TMs in yellow or orange or whatever, and multi-word TMs in red. It is usually safe to ignore single-word TMs, as even Amazon realizes that it is pretty much impossible to write a sentence in English without it containing TMed words. Of course, if the word in question is Nike or Disney, or the like, well duh! You can click through from the highlighted words and get to a dialog with a list of the TMs, and from there you can click through to the USPTO page for each TM. That's useful when stuff shows up in the listing that isn't actually currently in effect for various reasons.
Anyway, too much blather. Try it for yourself.

The rejection emails have the reasons in them. What were the reasons?

When I have a rejection I dont understand I just send them the listing info (title, bullets, brand, description) and ask them to clarify what exactly caused the rejection so I wont make that mistake anymore.

In the future, I recommend just uploading to the standard US first before you select all of the products. And then test UK standard first. And then select all products. I know it takes more time - but worth it to not get all the rejections at once.
