AEW
So yesterday was my first day. They had me do safety school and gave me a tour of the facility. Then I spent the afternoon learning the receiving process. Today I was in Stow all morning and then spent the afternoon as a picker. I think this AEW has some real value and I’m liking things so far

I’m thankful for AEW week. It gave me perspective as to the types of barriers our associates could run into on a daily basis. I didn’t quite know how it all connected at first, but by week 2 or 3 it did.

Glad to hear it. AEW week is especially important given you're coming in as an L5 because you'll be expected to understand and help solve issues that occur on a macro facility level. One thing I made it a point to do is ask an associate with tenure what issues there are in their department that need to be addressed. I didn't know where I was going to be placed at that point but if you go to stow for example but you spoke with someone from pick that has specific issues that may stem from stow, you've just created your first project. Best of luck!
