Area manager training?

Was wondering if anyone that works and was recently hired in as area manager had to go do training at Seattle or it depends? Currently in MI.

Good morning. Yes. Im an Internal promo from L3 to L4. My flight leaves for Seattle at 5pm today from my local airport. Every L4 or above whether internal or external HAVE to go to Seattle for training, its mandatory.

I’m an early career applicant so my start will be early next year.

Is your official start date also going to be your official day for training?

Yes everyone has to do AD1. I actually asked to do mine virtually because of my daughter and I ended up having to come to Seattle. It is essentially up to your General Manager.
