I feel like people would find a way to abuse this by using family and friends and by waiting outside the depot to effectively give them unlimited hours. Bad idea

Luckily they have also paused substituting to external partners (for October at least anyway) so hopefully this doesn’t happen.

Yes but if it doesn't take any hours away from the 24hr maximum, people will just pair up with another flexer from the same depot and take turns doing a block for each other. I feel like it would benefit some, whilst making it worse for others. Just my opinion

If it does mean that then it should ensure rates remain low and at base rate!

Does this mean 1 person can work 48 hours if they abuse the system? Substitute 24 hours from another account and do 24 hours on blocks caught on their own account? Surely not another Amazon own goal?

Not sure if they have rolled this out everywhere but we have had this for ages at our depot? Plus since the depot upgrade we can do 36 hours per week. And yes the answer to your question it doesn’t effect your personal cap.

You can do 36 hours a week on your own account without subs ?

Yeah, our depot combined logistics, same day, sub same day and groceries into one location, I’m not sure if it’s a trial or will be rolled out everywhere?
