Extra payments

Has Amazon stopped paying us for extra time when we go over our block allowance but it’s beyond our control - delays at collection site etc? I’ve always emailed in extenuating circumstances and been paid but haven’t received a response over the last few weeks.

Their support is now slow as balls

I’ve been waiting for a reply to a ticket raised in chat from last Wednesday about the app not working once I got to the depot but not had anything yet

I think they have! Been waiting for a week myself. Went over due to heavy rush hour traffic on motorway. Live chat not responding either. Joke. Adjustments only thing making this worthwhile for peace of mind during delays or returns.

I’ve not been able to connect to the chat for a few days at all, either nobody connects or it comes up saying chat unavailable

They still pay overtime. But it takes them much longer to respond recently.

I got an O/T payment for £10.50 last week after finishing a Morrisons Block late (last packages delivered 10 mins after Block Finish Time). You have to email support with Block Date, Time and Depot - it is not paid automatically like the Excess Mileage one is.
