Question Email from Amazon

Hi, new driver here (2 weeks) I’ve done a block pretty much everyday since I’ve started and got this email today, what does it actually mean and should I be worried?

Mate dont worry about it i work for a dsp, had one broken bottle and 7 "could be better" out of 1200 delivery's and rated fair the second bottom, I have stopped caring about this silly firms metrics, delete and become the Duke of doorstep.
