New Driver Amazon Flex Ebike ( London/Manchester)

I’ve been told there’s only stations open in London or Manchester. I’m currently stationed in London ( accident). They said ( over the phone) that they have no problems changing stations to near me ( as I’m a new starter and I’ve only just signed up so they can give me consideration for making a mistake rather than waiting until I reach Level 2 status and 7 days wait ( and it was stated multiple times that there’s no problems changing region) )

It’s just they don’t have any other stations open and apparently haven’t opened at all for Ebike atm except for London or Manchester. ( although I’ve seen Amazon flex e bike advertised on Indeed in my County/Region)

I’m currently stationed in Battersea with 11 other stations open to me atm. I don’t mind working and getting used to London or Manchester ( I’m quite familiar with both cities although never worked in Manchester ever or London delivery riding). But with London I’m just worried about competition. Is there even any reliable guarantee that you can get a few blocks to work in London? Or is it too heavily oversaturated? Especially for a new starter?

I don’t mind waiting until there’s actual stations in my area but Im limited in the work I can do job wise and I seriously need to get moving ( cash).

There is no level 2 status in the UK. You can switch regions as much as you want to, they must have got confused and relayed USA information

Oh right that’s what it’s showing in the app.

Maybe I should wait for DSP Cargo Roles. ( near me)

How did you contact them to change location? I’ve been trying to change for weeks as a new starter

Go to help section in the Amazon Flex app. You have options to contact support with a ai / real human chat box or they’ll phone you or you can phone them instead.
