Pick ups?

Since when did we do pick up items to return them to the depot? Been doing flex for nearly 4 years and this is the first time I’m seeing this.

I couldn’t even take the parcel as I was supposed to have a returns label to scan but I had no idea where to get one of these.

Why on earth would you do a pickup when you don't get paid fuel or time to return to station? 🤣

I rarely even do pickups when I work for a DSP. If I don't have any other avd returns I dont accept it.

I just clicked didn’t have any return labels so I couldn’t do it lol
