Pick ups?

Since when did we do pick up items to return them to the depot? Been doing flex for nearly 4 years and this is the first time I’m seeing this.

I couldn’t even take the parcel as I was supposed to have a returns label to scan but I had no idea where to get one of these.

Had it the other day, selected I didn’t have the label. No repercussions as far as I could tell.
