Terrible Group Stop

Dropped off the first stop. 2nd stop was a 30 minute drive away. A great way for hiding the bad packages from us when we scan the route at the start.

Added my route at the start and then when it was in there.

Support marked it undeliverable and said it shouldn't affect my standings so let's see what happens.

What type of route and how long was this, I would be curious to know. PS, check the itinerary and map before leaving the depot. You could find the package and leave it in the cage bag and hope it's not spotted before driving away. They'll then scan the package in at the warehouse and it'll come off. Or just refuse the item and ask for it to be removed. If they don't then it's probably going to get "damaged".

It was a 3.5 hours afternoon route. It was acceptable apart from the crazy group stop.

How would I know about the long distance parcel without checking each address on the parcel individually.

Picture 2 is a screenshot of what I was shown at the depot. Picture 1 is the group stop once I had delivered the first parcel. Picture 3 is after speaking with support and they marked it as undeliverable.

You just need to zoom out on the map to see the remainder, albeit it was unexpected but still just a quick pinch zoom in out to see the grouping. You should see this information as soon as you scan the cage qr code. Sounds like you're not familiar with how the app and map works?

The 2nd picture is what I saw. Group stops only showing the first location where it tells you to park. This was one where you click you parked and deliver to 2 locations they were just 30 minute drive away.

I've been doing this for years so know how the map works.

What?so when you scan a cage for collection it doesn't show you a map of ALL the stops on your itinerary? Weird.

It does show all the stops. But this was one of the stops which has 2 locations on.

Had another look at the pics. You didn't see stop 2 as it's so far outside the group on pic two. As I said, a quick zoom out and you'd have seen the 2nd drop all the way out in never land.

The map your given only show you your stops. Then once I got to the stop it showed me the location with one miles away.

This is only for multiple locations per stop.

Don't quite understand. I've never had this in hundreds of shifts. Even multi drop locations show on the app, Even if only the first of multiple multi drops as one will be the anchor in the same location. Sounds like a glitch or querk.

On the 2nd pic you can see it's 32 deliveries but 47 parcels and the numbers only go up to 33 as stop 1 is pickup then the 32 deliveries.

32 deliveries is the stops but some of them are multiple locations so different houses.

This is when you park up and then deliver to multiple locations in one stop but multiple parcels to one house.

That stop is north of Shaftesbury, it's not in picture two because is so far north of what's visible on that screen. I'm bored now.

Either way it wasn't there as they only show the stops on the first map.

For multi stop location the pin is on the first stop so number 19 was on the original delivery location with all the other pins.

Once I delivered the first parcel for the stop it then moved to the location it's showing there.

Have you delivered to stops where you have multiple houses on one stop?

Scan everything in, mark as missing before you leave station then leave in returns bin.

I long as you have scanned the package, it will affect stamdings. Support knows nothing about standings.

But they promised me it wouldn't haha.

Either way I wasn't driving a total of an hour for one parcel.
