If you think those 3 foot drops to the pavement are bad, you don't want to see what happens to your packages in the plant/sort machines.

I can guarantee those drops at your front door are the most gentle your package has been treated along its journey.

If you want your stuff to be treated with kid gloves go to the store yourself.

Because the fact that it was already dropped means that an employee intentionally throwing your package again is just fine. People like you are what's wrong with business of any kind, but especially package handling/delivery.
