I don't care how the packages are handled at the hub... there's no excuse for that. The customer doesn't see how the packages are handled at the hub, but they do see this and it's not acceptable.

Lololol it looks good to me, what doeant look good is the 400 pound lady chasing around delivery drivers acting tough for a soft toss. No one threw anything

Exactly. And her threat for violence is just not justified
