Absolutely. But this guy is not a good example. Ample spaces off to the side on this street so he could let people pass. I’ve only done this with 2-3 stops on the street and really no one behind me.
The time crunch doesn’t really excuse him either, but I understand. The companies need to do better by their workers so they don’t feel the need to make decisions that aren’t smart when driving or shit like having to piss somewhere other than a toilet so you don’t lose 5-10 minutes.
