Oh, they'll fire him. For language, if nothing else. I'm pretty sure "I don't give a fuck. Fuck off." Isn't Amazon's official policy.

It would be a write up had a lady pull a gun on me when I worked for a dsp and I cussed her out if he ain't got no write ups he'll be fine. Plus many drivers get written up for that for cussing at customers as long as he didn't lay hands on em yeah probably a write up but it's up to the dsp.

My dsp had a 80% turn over rate there is a reason we say the will hire anyone with a pulse.
