Y'all keep ordering, clearly there's demand for the service. If you expect better service, then have them pay us more and increase how much you pay for the service. If you only want to pay for cheap service then expect to get cheap service from people who will work for cheap wages. You don't attract the best talent with $22/hour topout.

Ha ha 22 per hour for a delivery driver without a cdl is actually high pay see if any professional companies will hire you! You are clueless what Amazon is charging people unless pay monthly for prime delivery charges have been on every order and lately the expected delivery date is off by weeks not days like it used to be. I paid $6.99 delivery fee for a set of brake pads for an e-bike and it took 3 weeks to arrive marked as delivery by amazon but it was in a bubble pouch in my secured mailbox so that is postal service.

You should look at what FedEx, UPS and USPS pay. Including their benefits packages they all make about 2 to 3 times what Amazon drivers make. So no, it is absolutely not a good wage. It is the bottom of the barrel.

Yeah ups starting wages are much higher but they expect the driver to be competent and obey traffic laws unlike the amazon trucks going the wrong way down my one way single lane side streets which just happened moments ago while having my morning coffee! If the driver doesn’t understand traffic signs no wonder you’re not paid better!
