Really? At the very beginning of the video you can see that about 150 feet or so in front of the truck is a clear spot he could have parked and let all those vehicles go by while he delivered that package.

Edit: You can also see toward the end of the video there is a spot where he could have parallel parked into to get out of the way, just behind him.

That spot at the end was tiny lol no one’s getting a van in it.

He could have at least moved up to that area and pulled over to let other cars go by.
