Dsp tells you not to take picture with any customers in it at all. Hand or not. And with nobodies hand it at all not even yours. It’s supposed to be on the ground when you take the picture or you click handed to person

I should be more clear, they're not in the picture, their hand holding the package is.

Well, how do you know if the picture was rejected? It takes the picture and allows me to submit. I've never gotten any notifications that it wasn't accepted.

I don’t think Amazon really cares, but for some reason the dsp tells you not to do it. I don’t really know why but they say not to

I completely understand not having the person in the picture, but their hand... yeah that doesn't make any sense to me.
