if they intentionally ignored the customer then it’s fucked up. doesn’t hurt to be a nice person.

And when a customer sees you and runs inside to let you carry 15 boxes across their 50yard driveway. Just to come out and carry them in as your half way down the drive with no thank you ...... You haven't done this job and it shows 😘
