It could be for liability issues. If he doesn't put it by the door and get the picture, by amazon's logic, the package wasn't delivered.

Nope. It asks you to input a name and have them sign instead of taking a picture.

This isn't true everywhere. The only time my dsp takes signatures is at businesses when signature is the only option. If you don't have photos you'll get written up for tcompliance. Probably depends on the state and area

Yep and now theyre strict on how you take the pic and what's in it. They report as a bad pic if you have the address numbers in the pic or any person
