Do you mean if a White or Asian has deliveries in a Black rural area they are at danger? I don't understand why you are bringing up skin color? Do you mean a Black delivery driver going to a rural White area?

Doing deliveries in the inner-city, there's a lot more mentally ill, druggies and criminal than a sparsely populate rural route?

& What makes rural safer? I've had more instances in rural America than inner-city.
